Bellport Middle School recently celebrated World Read Aloud Day. As part of the celebration, students and teachers visited math classes to read books that tie into the math curriculum, including “Math Curse” by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith. The event showcased the importance of literacy across all content areas. It was a great success.
